Refund & Return Policy

At Curvf ("we", "us", "our"), we take pride in the quality of every garment we ship. The following policy governs all returns, refunds, and claims. By placing an order on curvf.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Return Window & Eligibility

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (and subsequent amendments), you may submit a return request within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odor (including perfume, smoke, or detergent).
  • All original tags, hangtags, hygiene seals, and protective packaging remain attached and undamaged.
  • The item is returned in its original retail packaging, including any accessories, dust bags, garment bags, or freebies.
  • The customer has obtained a Return Authorization (RA) number from Curvf before shipping the item back. Returns sent without an RA number will be refused on arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with any promotional or discount code.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, hosiery, and any garments worn directly against the skin.
  • Cosmetics, fragrances, and personal-care products.
  • Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards, e-vouchers, and digital products.
  • Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items — Unboxing Video Required

While we inspect every order before dispatch, we recognize that errors may occasionally occur. To claim a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must complete every step below:

  • Notify Curvf within twenty-four (24) hours of the carrier's confirmed delivery time, via the email address listed on our Contact page.
  • Submit a single, continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed outer package with the shipping label visible before opening, the full opening process without interruption, and the specific defect or incorrect item — all within the same continuous take.
  • Submit at least three (3) high-resolution photographs of the issue alongside the video.

Without a compliant unboxing video, the claim will be denied — no exceptions. Edited, paused, restarted, or screen-recorded videos will not be accepted. By submitting the video, you grant Curvf a non-exclusive license to retain and use it for claim investigation, carrier disputes, and fraud prevention.

Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an RA number has been issued, the item must be returned at the customer's cost and risk.

  • The customer bears all costs and all risk of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees, payment-processing fees, and any cash-on-delivery surcharges are strictly non-refundable.
  • Returns must be sent via a trackable courier service with delivery confirmation and adequate insurance. Curvf accepts no liability for parcels lost, damaged, or delayed in return transit.
  • Items shipped back without insurance and lost in transit will result in forfeiture of the refund.

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery, unclaimed after the courier's retention period, or returned to Curvf due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the following charges, which will be deducted before any refund is processed:

  • The original outbound shipping cost.
  • The return-to-sender shipping cost.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the order subtotal (minimum 100 THB).

Inspection, Approval & Refund Timeline

Once a returned parcel arrives at our warehouse, we follow a fixed inspection and refund workflow:

  • Quality inspection is completed within five (5) business days of receipt.
  • You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method only, within fifteen (15) days of approval, as required under Thai law. Bank or card-network processing times beyond this window are outside Curvf's control.
  • If the item fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of wear, missing tags, altered packaging, or contamination), the refund is denied and the item is returned at the customer's expense. Items unclaimed within 30 days of return will be disposed of without further notice.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute before completing our return process constitutes a breach of these terms. In such cases, Curvf reserves the right to:

  • Submit the full transaction record, delivery proof, and inspection findings to the payment provider.
  • Permanently restrict the customer's account from future purchases.
  • Pursue recovery of all dispute-related fees and administrative costs. Curvf's decision following inspection is final and binding.
